What we process
We process the PDF bank statements you submit and the data extracted from them so we can provide the requested document-extraction service.
Financial documents
Please upload only documents you are authorized to provide. Statement Flow is intended for statements and related financial documents submitted for your own review or workflow.
How processing works
Statements are processed to identify transactions and financial fields, validate statement totals where possible, and make structured results available for review and export.
Temporary storage and retention
Documents and results are designed for temporary processing rather than permanent document history. Anonymous results may expire automatically under the service’s configured retention settings.
Extraction results
Results may include transaction data, validation labels, and extraction evidence. You can request deletion of a processed result from the results workspace.
Third-party processors
Service infrastructure and configured processing providers may process data as needed to operate the beta. We do not make claims here about a provider’s independent privacy practices.
AI-assisted processing
When AI-assisted repair is enabled, limited document regions may be sent to configured processing providers to resolve specific uncertain fields. AI-assisted processing is not required for every document.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to operating the beta, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Avoid uploading information you are not authorized to share.
Deletion
You may delete a processed result using the deletion control provided in the product. Deletion requests are subject to the service’s operational constraints and retention lifecycle.
